We currently are accepting applications for our spacious 1 - 2 bedroom 1 and 2 bathroom apartment homes. We are conveniently located in the heart of Boulder located in the Boulder Junction District just minutes away from shopping, cafes, bike paths and parks! We are pet friendly and a non-smoking property. Additionally, all residents receive a free RTD EcoPass, Free CarShare membership and free Boulder B-Cycle membership! To qualify you must meet the following income qualifications: Minimum income requirements are 2 times the monthly rental amount, to qualify without a guarantor Total Household Income may not exceed the following: 1 person= $61,320 2 people= $70,080 3 people = $78,840 4 people = $87,600 5 people = $94,620 If you meet the income requirements and restrictions and are interested in renting, please contact Depot Square! STUDENTS 18 and Over MUST meet one of the following requirements: Must be enrolled in an institution of higher education AND must meet one or more of the following exception criteria: - 24 years of age or older - Veteran in the U.S. military - Person with a disability. - Have a dependent child - Living with a parent who is determined to be eligible - Married - Receiving assistance under Title IV of the SS Act, also known as Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF). - Enrolled in a job training program receiving assistance under the Workforce Investment Act (formerly known as the Job Training Partnership Act) or under a similar federal, state, or local program. - Previously under the care and placement responsibility of the State agency administering a plan under title IV (i.e., Foster Care).

September 26, 2024I’ve called the Depot Square home for many years. As somebody who doesn’t drive you can’t beat this location! You are in walking distance to the 29th street mall, Whole Foods, Target, and live next door to one of the best restaurants in town! The apartments floor to ceiling windows give you access to the beautiful mountains and the apartments themselves are stunning!
