Best apartment I've ever rented
October 7, 2024I've lived here about 2 years. The apartments are spacious and decently priced. The whole property seems well taken care of / put together. There are really only two issues. Parking can be tough if you have a night job. There are fewer parking spaces than vehicles, so if you come home late you will have to park on the street somewhere. Not the end of the world. Also, the hallways can trap and retain odors from the apartments for a while, and sometimes have a strong smell (smells from the hallway ...do NOT go into the apartments though, thankfully!). But again, not the end of the world, and compared to some of the nightmare properties I've lived at Devonshire Square is a dream. :)Property Manager Responded

September 9, 2024We absolutely love it here! From the office staff, to maintence, to the layout of our apartment, to the neighbors. Everyone is so friendly, staff is always on top of things. The only problem we have is our upstairs neighbors have some heavy footing sometimes but that is honestly the only problem we have had with this place the entire time we have been here. I recommend this place to all my friends cuz it really is the perfect place for us.Property Manager Responded

June 10, 2024I love this complex. Enough so that I renewed my lease. I only have one complaint which I still hope will be fixed or addressed. Which is parking. I really wish we could all be assigned one parking spot. I don’t dare leave the complex after 7:30 unless it’s with Uber or Lyft because of the lack of parking after words. So I have to park on the street somewhere and walk to the complex. Which I worry about my car as well as I am a young female so I also worry about my safety as well. If we can’t ...assign parking maybe make a deal with the bank across the street so we can park there when they are closed. I love how well the property is maintained. April 22, 2024We've lived here for 3 years and have had some ups and downs but overall has been I good place to live. Neighbors are quiet for the most part. Maintenance works hard to keep the place running smoothly. Kind of frustrated with the amount of cars without permits that parked in the parking lot.Property Manager Responded
