March 15, 2025Leasing and maintenance are very professional and quickly responds to requests. The only negative is the parking car matrix system. It seems like it is always needing repairs or maintenance. However, management is great at reimbursing any parking or Uber charges associated with the negative impacts of the car matrix.Property Manager Responded

November 26, 2024The moving process went very smoothly, and even though I had a couple of appliances ain't working right, it was resolved fast enough. Parking is also less bad than I thought. Sorta have to renew the parking every day at 7 am but it's been really easy (until the complex itself has more spaces available).Property Manager Responded

October 31, 2024Nice units, good sound insulation, effective AC/heating. Great location in the heart of the Pearl. Disappointing lack of amenities throughout most of this year (terrace not planted, grill broken). Hopefully next year will be better.Property Manager Responded

September 18, 2024I enjoy living at the Dianne, everyone is very nice and the building is small and quiet. The only thing I wish it had was a fitness center. Dianne has partnered with 24-hour fitness and I have been waiting for my 24-hour fitness code to have my membership but have not gotten that yet.
