Discovery Palms
September 22, 2015These apartments are well cared for, and there are always improvements being made on the neighborhood. You are just minutes from the Disney parks, and a quick drive from Universal, Seaworld, and I-Drive entertainment. The only downside is that many of the units are privately owned condos that are rented out to tourists, so there's a lot of different people in and out all the time.Review from Apartments.com
Great Apartment and Complex as a Whole
July 20, 2015I first found Discovery Palms a few years prior to moving in and I thought it was great. My friend didn't have anything bad to say and he lived in two different floor plans in the neighborhood. It's been a year since I signed my lease and I haven't had any major complaints about it. They listen to my requests and maintenance always shows up in a timely manner. Their office hours change throughout the year depending on the season but they are always open 5 days a week. I can pay my rent online ...as well as make all maintenance requests online too if I don't feel like calling them in. There is a security guard that roams the complex all night and it is a gated community making it just a little safer than other complexes but the location is safe already. A plus to living here is if you give them 60 days notice of wanting to break your lease there are NO PENALTIES, no additional fees, and after they inspect the apartment upon moving out you'll get your deposit back. Amenities include indoor basketball court, outdoor tennis court, car wash station with air/vac, indoor gym with weight machines, cardio machines, and free weights, as well as a playground for kids, and a swimming pool.
