  • Safe, quiet, and close to everything!

    I’ve been at District at Biltmore for 2 years now and plan to stay for a third. The location is so convenient, the residents and staff are friendly and respectful, and most importantly, I feel safe. There are regular resident events, the grounds are always clean, and the security systems and outdoor furniture were recently upgraded too!

    I’ve lived at District at Biltmore for several years and still love the charming amenities. It’s close to great shopping, including Biltmore Fashion Park, located just one block down the street.
