Good luck hearing from manager
August 30, 2024Beautiful building but the pleasantries end there. I’ve been trying to get ahold of the property manager for 4 months now to resign my lease, and on the rare chance I’m able to get her on the phone it’s always the same- “our system’s down” “I’m not at my computer right now” etc, repeated excuses and promises to hear back and then nothing. I don’t know how much longer I can continue to beg to live in my apartment but they’re doing a great job ghosting their oh so beloved residents.Review from Apartments.com

February 4, 2024Completely incompetent and unprofessional management of the building, including resident interaction. It's a shame, this is a nice building in a great location but it's very clear management does not care about the integrity of the building, does not take thoughtful and sustainable measures, and does not lift a finger to ensure resident satisfaction. This is a 'quick fix' company that has let the building go over time. The funny part is, if they spent just a little more time and money on ...preventative maintenance and addressing problems correctly in the first place, they'd see longer term savings and cost reductions. If you care even the slightest about the home you live in, this isn't the place. Really good examples of all of this: the building is filthy (common areas), my unit was not properly cleaned when I moved in (including severely damaged and dirty carpet), and I have not had hot water in my unit for over 60 days, despite repeated messages to management.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Keep Searching, this is not it
September 14, 2023Do NOT move here. After my lease was up I had to move due to lack of communication and follow up. There is not an office on site so support is near impossible. After the apt. above me had water damage it took me weeks of a lot of back and forth emails to get them to finish the job. The bedroom light went out and they said it was an electrical issue and more emails and still the light never worked for months. So many other issues.
