    • STAY AWAY FROM THIS AWFUL PLACE

      STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!! Never have I been harassed and bullied by management like this. This is by FAR the WORST apartment experience I have ever had in my 9 years of renting thanks to Alina the manager. Since the day I moved in she has been nothing but rude and unprofessional towards me. Asking her simple questions will be met with sass and disrespect. 1. I was using a power outlet in the parking garage that I PAY TO PARK AT in order to vacuum my car. She had security come out and tell me that ...
      I need to stop vacuuming my car or else she will CALL THE COPS ON ME because I am “Stealing electricity”. The next day she posted a note on my door stating that I am “breaking my lease agreements stating section 10”, which had nothing to do with “stealing electricity” btw, and if I do it again I will be EVICTED. 2. They sent a flyer to all the units on my floor stating that they received a complaint about marijuana smoke in one of the units and if another complaint happens they have the right to search all of our units. So if your neighbor happens to smoke some weed have fun getting your apartment searched by management!!! 3. One day I had my dog staying with me, I was not aware that having a dog in the apartment was such a huge deal as I have never in my life had anyone ever complain about having a dog in the apartment and I’ve rented over 8 apartments. She threatened to call her lawyer to take legal action against me if I did not remove the dog that day. The dog never made any noise or mess or anything, so I gave her my ESA letter, as legally then she cannot remove the dog. 4. They have sent flyers to my door saying they need to come inspect my apartment for any damages done by the dog. I told them no, as there is a reason we have a security deposit, and all damages should be checked at the end of the lease. (By the way, the cleaning lady told me at the end of my lease that I had the cleanest apartment she’d ever seen after moving out). 5. NOW about the building - it STINKS. Each floor has its’ own nasty stink and the elevators smell awful. And no matter how much cleaner, bleach, perfume, or air freshener I use, my unit itself smells awful? Like a mix of old food and construction? They have NO AC in the halls or the elevators so thats always fun in the summer! Also there’s cockroaches so thats great.

    • Not good for long term lease

      Old building and ineffective pest control maintenance. Low quality of furniture materials and pretty costly. Garage parking is pricely but secured and enormous parking space. The only good thing is accessibility to health district and the city view of downtown Miami.
