February 5, 20255 days in but it’s been amazing so far :) easy move in easy understanding of rules complex etc. has some life to the community but also peaceful. The balcony over looking the pool is the best spot in the house for sunsets !Property Manager Responded

November 4, 2024The entire process has been an absolute dream, thanks to my Leasing Consultant, Jessica. She was diligent in finding me the perfect apartment that checked all of my boxes, and even went above and beyond to make sure that the application and approval process was expedient and transparent. The maintenance team is ON IT, with the director of maintenance reaching out to me personally to make sure I had everything in order in my new apartment home and that everything was in good, working order. The ...property is beautiful and I had the chance to use the gym this morning. It was great to have a nice workout and follow that with some delicious complimentary coffee in the club house. November 3, 2024Lived here since 2017 and have never had a bad experience. Maintenance has always been helpful and good at getting to us quickly. Never had any safety issues or concerns for myself and my family. Only issue I can say is that there is a lot of dog poop left out on the side walks or right near and it smells. September 7, 2024So far it’s ok. The folks that lived here before me tore the place up. So maintenance is playing catch up constantly trying to fix things as they go. Honestly they are doing a good job for me too. The pool doesn’t work that great because the residents here aren’t doing a good job keeping it clean. Dogs and drinking constantly. Simple rules can’t be followed apparently. There is algae on the bottom Of this beautiful pool. One neighbor is noisy as hell. But overall the folks around me are super ...quiet.
