Best apartment in cleveland area
November 13, 2024I have been living here since June and I love it. The location is perfect as well as the amenities. Bars and resturant and walkable and building is always doing fun events for residents. As a female I feel safe living here and I couldn't imagine living at any other building in the area. November 15, 2024I've lived here for about 3 years now and have loved my experience! Located right in Tremont, it's in walking distance to many coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. Electric Gardens is also right on the towpath, which is perfect for long walks with scenic views of downtown. I also enjoy the amenities of Electric Gardens: a beautiful rooftop overlooking downtown, a modern gym right downstairs, and a coffeeshop/bar in the lobby. The amenities are top-notch – the fitness center is great, and the rooftop is amazing to enjoy the beautiful view of the Cleveland skyline. The best part? The staff. November 13, 2024've been living here for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The apartment offers an amazing view of the city, which is definitely one of the highlights. Every morning, I wake up to a breathtaking panorama that never gets old. The building itself is always well-maintained. The cleanliness is top-notch, and I really appreciate how the common areas are kept spotless. It's clear that the management takes pride in the property. Another standout feature is the customer ...service. The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive. Whether I have a maintenance request or just need help with something, they’re always quick to assist. It's refreshing to live somewhere where the management truly cares about their residents. I especially loved how the property manager was here to help me get set up, (delivered my packages to me even), and gave me free goodies.
