Poor management
April 24, 2024This was a new building 2 years ago, but since they sold this new construction to new owners - management company changed as well. Right now entire building is filthy & dirty, garbage disposals always clogged. Elevator’s & lobby never cleaned. not to mention garage has pile of duct. new management also changed rules - now they charge for everything including monthly pet fee, monthly garage fee, increasing rent by $100+ per month, BUT NOT providing safe & clean environment from their side.
