February 16, 2018I lived in the El Paso Park for 5 years .I loved it I had 2 huskies and we walked everywhere ! The community was pleasant the land lady was an angel and I adored my home .I really want to move back to this trailer park so badly again and go hiking everyday in Garden of the Gods once again Manitou will always be my home .Review from Apartments.com

March 2, 2017Nice and quiet. Lots of nice tenants and neighbors. Close to everything and your children are eligible to attend Manitou Springs's schools. Large parks nearby and plenty of reasons other than Garden of the God's being less then 4 blocks away to live here.Review from Apartments.com
