    I’ve lived here for almost 4 years and they always find some janky way to “fix” issues instead of actually taken care of the problem. Since we’ve moved in, We’ve had our refrigerator, AC unit, dryer, dishwasher, replaced not counting the several other issues we’ve had. I have asked for some updates in my apartment each time I renew my lease and they neglect to hear me until things fall apart. By far THE WORST MAINTENANCE SYSTEM/SERVICE I’ve ever had.

  • Beautiful Place

    This property is beautiful and the fact that it backs to a park and the canal is amazing. I love having access for my walks and runs with my fur babies. The manager is really sweat as well. She helped me so much when it came to my move an she is the reason I chose this place. So happy i did!

  • Beautiful property!!

    When I went to go look at the apartments, I had help right away. Staff was very friendly and kind they greeted me as soon as I came in. When I was giving the walk around the complex it was well maintenance, very clean and quiet. When I got the walk through of the apartment I was very satisfied and pleased. How they described everything made me feel like it was already my new home. They answered all my questions that I had. I didn’t feel rushed at any point. I would recommend these beautiful ...

  • Definitely worth considering!

    When I walked into the office I was immediately greeted by the staff, who were extremely helpful! I wasn't sure if I wanted a one or two bedroom and they were great in helping explain the differences in price, etc. The property looks great too! I highly recommend checking this place out!

  • Generally a solid experience

    I've lived here for several years and continue to have a solid experience, primarily due to great maintenance response times. I'm not a fan of the extra costs like valet trash with no opt-out options. Property management does have a too slow to respond approach to major maintenance. Most recent example is that an entire bank of mailboxes for USPS was vandalized/broken into. Instead of an immediate response with a plan to replace those mailboxes, the timeline is 4-8 weeks. This is an incredible ...
    disruption to mail service, and requires tenants to now pick up mail at the post office, which is a 10-minute drive, or a 30-minute public transportation ride. Not impressed with that response and the timeline for resolving the issue, or the inconvenience it causes residents.

  • Clean quiet property

    Been a resident for 3 years now. Great location, great space, never an issue finding parking, 3 pools/ 2 spas, walking minutes of Trader Joes/Starbucks/restaurants. Friendly & helpful staff, Tiffany always takes care of anything I need. Would recommend.

    Very nice well kept property. The staff here is doing a great job keeping this property clean. I toured with Tiffany she was very personable and cared about our needs, she ended up showing us 3 different floor plans. I called to ask questions about the application process and Adriana helped me with that explaining everything so there was no confusion. I’m excited to make elevate my new home!

    The staff here is superior! Rigo the maintenance tech has come to my apartment a couple times to take care of things. He’s always so friendly and efficient. The ladies in the front office Adriana and Tiffany are always so welcoming and nice to my puppy when we come in and gives her treats. The staff here is just amazing, very professional, quick responding, and welcoming.
