Wonderful community, definitely recommend
November 4, 2024I lived in this building for three years (2021-2024) and absolutely loved it. The units are nice and spacious, the amenities are great and the management led by Rosy and Pedro and team really go the extra mile to make this more than a building - it is a community. The front desk team (shoutout to Marvin, Robert, Jason, Phillip, Carlos, Fernando, Sammy) are incredibly friendly. The amenities are easily accessible and well-maintained. I was sad to leave this little Greenpoint gem, I can't recommend ...this building enough!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Superb Home with Stunning Views
April 18, 2017I have lived in this building since summer 2016 and love it here. The front desk team are incredibly friendly and helpful plus the building amenities are great - huge clean gym, communal courtyard and shared grill, fantastic roof with stunning views of midtown and lots of community activities. The apartment is very spacious and the walls are thick so I never hear my neighbors. It is very easy to jump on the 7 train into the city and Greenpoint has a growing range of quality bars and restaurants. ...I can't recommend this building enough!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Did not have a good time here
August 23, 2016While the apartments are quite nice and the facilities are decent, the management of this building have no interest in the welfare of their residents, beyond ensuring that they pay their rent. We had some extenuating circumstances that meant 6 months into the lease my wife was unable to work and therefore we needed to find a replacement for our apartment in order to honor our lease. The management showed no sympathy for our situation and did not follow through on any offers to make this process a ...bit easier for us, in fact they frequently ignored repeated attempts to contact them and showed up late to pre-arranged meetings, and even didn’t show up to two of them, without offering an apology. Bearing in mind we were one of the first tenants in the building which meant we to put up with all the teething problems, which included our mail not being delivered for 6 weeks, and the management failing to mention this. Having just moved to the US we were left waiting for bank cards, social security numbers and most importantly my wife’s work permit, which delayed her starting her job. We left the building with a significant bill for repairs, which we weren't given the opportunity to correct ourselves, despite offering to, and were ignored by the President himself when we tried to bring the matter to his attention (he had previously offered us a concession on our final month’s rent as they were struggling to fill our apartment). Provided nothing goes wrong, you’ll probably have an ok time here. But they’re a company that will, with no sense of irony, put on a 'Residents Appreciation Morning’ where you get a free bagel on your way to work, but when you come to them with a serious issue, will treat you like an inconvenience. I think they'll struggle to keep this building full with the other new builds going up around it, the halfway house opposite and their mercenary attitude to the people that actually pay the bills.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
An Oasis in Greenpoint
September 6, 2015Spacious. Yes, you read that correctly. My apartment is airy, bright, and every room (even the bathrooms!!) are spacious and beautiful. This two bedroom, two bathroom has a dishwasher and (wait for it!) a washer and dryer in the apartment. I can do my laundry whenever I want. There are two walk-in closets, an entry way closet, AND a linen closet/pantry. So much storage and so little time. Oh, the amenities. 24 hour gym. 24 hour consierge. Courtyard with a gas grill. Roof deck with views of ...Manhattan. Business center. Community room. Free pet spa. Storage on site (if the closets aren't enough!). Cheap parking. Zip cars on site. Free bike rental. I can't believe I get to live here. It is the best, seriously.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Love it here!
August 11, 2015I have been really happy both with my unit and the building since moving in in June. The building staff is for the most part friendly and helpful. The units are beautiful and well thought out. They are quite sound proof too! That is a huge plus in my book. The neighborhood is a great balance of local "real" Brooklyn and trendy new stuff, but it is quiet and not overrun like Williamsburg. Really glad to be here!Review from Apartments.com
