January 1, 2025This community is in a very private location. Our neighborhood is clean and well kept and well maintained. Maintenance workers are nice if there is an issue with your home. Trash and recyclables are picked up every week without fail keeping the neighborhood clean and neat. Neighbors are friendly. There is plenty of room to walk on the sides around the community. December 31, 2024We have had issue after issue. Not the best experience and hoping for a turn around. After a month we still have not been sent our move in information. We still are waiting on a maintenance request to be completed as the maintenance team marked an issue as completed when it had not been. Plus we moved into a half cleaned and abused unit. Overpriced & Understaffed
July 10, 2024We moved in August 2023 and have had problem after problem. Maintenance practicaly lived here. Garage door malfunctioned. The toilets backing up 1 week due to the pipes being crushed during build. Basement flooding at the back door due to the hill grade being too steep and all water is diverted to the back door when it rains. The lawn care includes the use of your water that you're being billed being turned on at about noon, and not turned off until you realize your water is on hours if not days ...later. The office staff is pleasant when you can get someone to answer the phone, return your call or the office be open and staffed for a full day.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

June 24, 2024Overall, it has been a good experience living here but the staff for the property is a hit or miss. Sometimes it will be a week or two until I hear back from someone. Maintenance is much better at communicating. Amenities are VERY nice but they charge you for pest control but we have yet to see pest control out here. There are pros and cons but it is not the cheapest in the area so be mindful.Review from Apartments.com

May 22, 2024Love the neighborhood not the dogs constantly off leash chasing people. Clearly people don't value their animals. This is not good and the smells from the animals never having waste picked up. Truly surprised for the area. Very disappointed.Review from Apartments.com
