Nightmare
August 5, 2022As you see, everybody complains about management. After you sign the lease, there is absolutely no way to reach them out if future problems arise. There are hundreds of bed bugs, cockroaches, mice in almost every single apartment. Guess how long did it take to see someone at the leasing office, 3 weeks, 3 weeks just only tell them that we have hundreds of bed bugs in our apartment. And what was their response? "Wait until next week." Diswasher doesn't work since the last month, guess when they ...fixed it? Never! And now they say they can't fix it until the bed bugs fixed. Fire alarms keep going off by themselves with no reason in the middle of the night. Do you think they fixed it? You know the answer! How would you carry your groceries if you live on 10th floor since the elevators are broken most of the times. So think about living there one more time before moving. Make sure if you have the enough self-esteem to pay your rent to these apartments.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Poor Managemenet!
March 20, 2019This property would be a great place to live if it were not for extremely poor management. I've called the rental office several times over the months to speak to a manager about ongoing issues but I have never received a phone call back from anyone from management. There are mice defecating through the vents, homeless people sleeping in the laundry room, service calls not being answered, dirty elevators and hallways, loitering in the front of the building, drug addicts sneaking into the ...building to get high, I can go on and on..... not to mention cars getting broken into on a regular basis, especially on the lot we PAY to park on! Security is joke, they can sometimes be part of the problem. DO NOT MOVE HERE!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Emersonian Apartments
September 16, 2015I have stayed here with my boyfriend for about 9 months now and the apartment building is very cost efficient. However, the employees, the lobby, as well as the maintenance is not up to par. You definitely receive the quality of service equivalent to the price being paid. If you are looking for somewhere cheap to live this is a great location for you. It is conveniently located near the highway in order to get around Baltimore.Review from Apartments.com
