January 31, 2025The walls are EXTREMELY thin. You can literally hear everything, the toilet flushing under you, babies crying, other people showers running and even people snoring in different apartments. The windows are not properly sealed you’ll hear everything going on outside and see lots of centipedes and flying lady bugs during warmer seasons. Overall it is a nice place to stay and the price isn’t bad. The amenities are a plus in addition to that the app called flex for rent is great. Maintenance is ...extremely quick and typically comes a few hours after the work order of the same day. Besides those issues I wouldn’t mind renewing my lease again.Property Manager Responded

January 31, 2025I have enjoyed living here. The office staff are friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is great and prompt when needed. I do think it would be nice to have a playground since there seems to be more families with young children moving in.Property Manager Responded

January 29, 2025Love my apartment and the atmosphere. Seems like a vacation resort. The only negative is the stairs and elevator and hallways need to be maintained better. Lots of cobwebs on steps.Property Manager Responded
