It's just ok..
September 28, 2015I've been living here for last two years and I can not wait to move. There are only a few good things about living here. The size of the apartments are great and the location is close the freeway. However, the negatives out do the positives. The interior of the apartments are super old, my bathroom is salmon pink and blue and my kitchen has cabinetry from the 60's. Also, the windows are super old and even the building manager cannot tell you how old they are. Then management has changed 3 times ...since i moved in. The worst thing as well is the winters are so bad. It is so cold and I even put plastic over the windows and that does not help. I literally have to bundle up while relaxing in my home and not to mention my electric bill is astronomical during the winter. I have to have the heat up to 80 degrees every day so therefore the electric bill can reach up to $200. My advice is just not move here at all.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 7, 2015Great location in Shaker Heights, close to shopping areas while still maintaining a small town feel. Within walking distance of public transportation(bus train) and recreation center with outdoor pool. Renovation of local shopping plaza makes traffic a bit of a problem, however the view from my apartment of the golf course is stunning!Review from Apartments.com
