Farmer's Exchange is a historic property built in the late 1800's. Originally built as a general store and cotton warehouse, Farmer's exchange was converted into loft-style apartments in 1999. In 2015, new owners are completing renovations to bring a bit of modern day comforts to this building while maintaining all of its historic features.
