October 1, 2021It's disgusting, nobody is ever in the office when you need them, even during business hours. Never answer the phone. Outlets are all broke or loose. Roaches everywhere, even had mice. People always partying outside. This place is HELL!Property Manager Responded

Do not live here
April 4, 2021There's roaches and you have to pay for the exterminator fee even tho it's something you can never control living in apartments. They don't have assigned parking. Half of the washers and dryers are broken at their laundromat and they never fix anything...Property Manager Responded

De lo peor!!
November 18, 2018Esto es de lo peor que puedes encontrar en esta parte. Actualmente resido en el lugar y hace alredeor de un año en adelante he tenido problemas en el apartamento. Lo primero es que cada año te aumentan el costo de renta, lo que me parece absurdo cuando no tienes nada en este complejo de apartamentos que amerite el aumento de la misma. Segundo, hay deambulantes durmiendo en los pasillos incrementando la inseguridad en el lugar. Tercero, nunca se encuentra el administrador en la oficina. Los focos ...de luz están dañados en la parte de afura (cerca del edificio 7420) hay vecinos que han ido a notificarlo y no hacen nada. Hace más de 8 meses se notifico que la puerta del segundo piso donde no tiene el brazo que la cierra automáticamente y nunca la han arreglado. Las areas verdes tienen poco mantenimiento. En el apartamento donde vivo hace más de dos meses que se notifico una gran filtración en el techo del baño y despúes de dos meses y medio pararon la filtración dejando el techo del baño sin arreglar (hay un hueco bien grande en el techo) tras de que esto no ha sido arreglado ahora hay otra gran filtración en el techo justamente dentro de la bañera. Cada vez que el inquilino del tercer piso se ducha filtra el techo a parte de que se esta hacienda otro hueco más en esa area y si llenan la bañera en el apartamento de arriba la bañera de mis apartamento se llena de agua hasta casi desvoldarse. No se cuantas veces he ido a la oficina y siempre me dicen que van a venir arreglar y nunca vienen. Si tienes la oportunidad de leer antes de alquilar en este lugar te ahorráras problemas futuros. NO SE DEJEN ENGAÑAR!!!!Property Manager Responded

Worse place to live
January 8, 2017They take horrible care of the area, and the apartments themselves. Kids are everywhere destroying property and management does nothing about it. They will ignore you phone calls and emails if you try to complain or try to have something fixed. There are cockroaches literally everywhere. The community is just as bad at the management; illegals are everywhere.Review from Apartments.com

Beware of Florence Apartments.
September 27, 2015Everything went wrong from day one. We could not move into our apparment on the move in date because they had not finished "cleaning and fixing". When we finally moved in we could not flush our toilets for the first few days due to the fact they were not bolted down. There was old food left in the fridge, giving a terrible oder throughout the whole house for weeks. The stove had huge burn marks around the burners. The landlord is never in her office. Things break (i.e. Dishwasher, Garbage ...disposal, ext) take a week or more to fix. Our neighbors had bugs so bad they started coming into our house and we tried several times ourself to fix the problem but they just kept coming only to be forced to go to the office for help. She tells us, She can not tell me who had the problem but someone had a problem and it was being handled. To me that should be something the residents should know about. The pool opened late into the season and when it closed they turned off the pumps but left the water in the pool rendering a green putrid look. Cable lines just put through holes in the wall with no covers. Cabinets will not stay shut and our porch has nails and big splinters all over it. There is never enough parking so you have to park one street over. I honestly do not have one good thing to say about these apartments.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
