Heavy and loud traffic AM/PM
August 16, 2015Don't be fooled by the Luxury Apartment sign, This building is right on the exit of the Belt Parkway, really! the traffic and noise is awful. Beeping and honking all day and night. The laundry room is dirty and the machines are always out of order and people fight for whatever machine happens to work, better to use laundromat. The service entrance is filthy and stinks like a garbage truck. Lots of stay cats. The front entrance is falling apart, the steps are crumbling and the floor is cracked and ...slippery tiles that are always dirty and muddy. The garbage rooms are infested with cockroaches. some apartments have mice? Overall, the apartments are okay, but location and maintenance are lacking luxury.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
