January 22, 2025i love it here, it’s older but has a home-like feeling. the front office staff are super nice and helpful. i like that i’m around everything in the city but away from the highway and don’t hear lots of cars and the hum of traffic.Property Manager Responded

November 27, 2024I like the complex, it is very quiet but I don’t like they do maintenance to water system so often. Also, sometimes I request some repairs to my apartment and it gets a lot to be repaired. But I would say is 8/10Property Manager Responded

November 25, 2024Things are getting better. But still, there are occasions when we do not get enough support from the front desk.. Also not much response to bug issues etc. General concerns like parking, cleaning , garbage handling, gate repairing etc to be taken care of better.
