September 11, 2023Manager uncooperative and unreasonable. Will not come to inspect damage to the stove top and asserting it was damaged by us, which is not the caste. Refused to see in person and relied on the photos taken by the maintenance staff. We said the damage because the age of the stove and the breakage was spontaneous. But insisted that we pay for the stove glass top an amount of $ approx. $ 400. We were without the full use of the stove because of the breakage for a week. We had no choice but the ...agree to pay and contest later. The atmosphere is scary, even the employees are under pressure all the time and scared of the management. The Hallways are not swept for months on end. Specially after the dedicated employee who was doing a good job was terminated.
