Can’t wait to move!
December 21, 2021I absolutely cannot stand it here! I use to love it but now I cannot wait to move. Since Nancy has left the community they DO NOT answer phone calls in the rental office. One time I called literally all day from the time they opened until the time they closed no answer. The next day I kept calling no answer. So I decided to just go up to the rental office assuming they may be busy or something. Lo and behold when I got there guess what they were doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! I am in a one bedroom ...paying more like a mortgage and I am sick of it!! Living month to month is a 102 dollar fee I have never heard of this in the history of my life. Stay far away from here ! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!Property Manager Responded

Keep looking someplace else for an apartment
August 17, 2018Don't waste your money here look someplace else. Where you would get more for your money. If I wasn't planning on moving back to my hometown I will leave here and go someplace else. Living here makes me wish that I was still a homeowner!!!! The only good thing about this apartment is the location and bus line for those that need to catch the bus. Other than that there really isn't anything else positive to say about this place. The MGR that work in the office will act like she is concerned about ...you as a tenant but at the end of the day they are not and that would include the Lauren corporate manager as well. And they go up y'all and your friend 10 to $20 on a yearly basis with no amenities here. There are no pools,real playground area, no gym facility or Recreation rooms here. The windows and majority of the apartments are need to be replace. You can walk around the property and see how a lot of the windows have settle away from the building itself, for they are in need of recaulking. So therefore a lot of the tenants have plastic on the inside or outside of their Windows during winter. You will also see a lot of tenants with towels sheets or whatever along the windows to keep the cold draft from coming in during the winter months oh yeah let me not forget the frost that settles on the Windows during winter tooProperty Manager Responded

Mid City Cincinnati
August 6, 2015Great location with easy access to Ronald Regan Highway. It is close to shopping with lots of restaurants nearby. The grounds are maintained and maintenance request are completed relatively quickly. The apartment itself could use some upgrades, the carpet is worn the doors and cabinetry is outdated . . .I'm talking brown doors (versus white) that are clearly worn. Kitchen cabinets must have been here since the place was built. Only basement apartments have update cabinets. They recently ...covered the pool, hopefully they will install a picnic area since grilling is not allowed on the patio. Speaking of patio's . . .it would be nice if they were cement or some other material so you could sit out when it's raining. But with the wood water falls from above down onto your patio (kinda gross) Overall I would give it 3 stars. No insects or rodents.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
