Additionally, the complex has friendly neighbors, a tennis court, a community pool, and a nearby beautiful neighborhood you can comfortably walk through in a variety of loops. Additionally, the apartments are located in a great place in town right across from Southeast Christian Church, within walking distance of a Heine Brothers coffee shop and a couple restaurants, and a short drive (<10 minutes) to pretty much anything Shelbyville road. I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention that the property manager, Donna, and the head maintenance man, Elmis, are extremely kind and friendly people to interact with if you ever need anything. It’s very comforting to know you’ve got such great people to reach out to with any issues. Also, something very cool they do is drawings every month for discounted rent to those that pay their rent on time and early. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking to live in Louisville. If you’re thinking about it, definitely reach out sooner rather than later, you never know, you might get lucky and get an apartment that looks out into some beautiful forest that backs up to the apartments on one side of the property! One of my favorite things about my unit.
