Throughout my years of living there, nails and screws would constantly work their way out of the wood above my patio, with the upper patio constantly dipping further and further. Laundry is now $1.75 per wash, and $1.75 per dry. This was raised from the $1 each. Now people have to pay $1.75 for the slight possibility of their clothes miraculously getting dried on the first run of the machine. All in all, while this apartment complex used to be a nice place to live and costs were reasonable, it is now just a place where profit is the only thing that matters and it's residents are left by the wayside.
