Shady Management
April 23, 2020Don't move there unless you enjoy a nosy, rude, shady manager. She seems to have the idea tenants have no right to privacy or respect. Until she's gone, I'd avoid this place completely.Review from Apartments.com
Gross/disrespectful.
January 3, 2019You definitely get what you pay for. Toured the place and it’s indoors to get to your apartment, which smells like mildew and goodwill combined. I mean it smellt absolutely disgusting. The lady that we called was very rude and emphasized you can’t bring people over. If you’re paying rent to live on a property you can have people over.. I mean you have rights as renters. Very unsanitary and unprofessional. “Yo Guys just so you know it’s not a party apartment no parties or people over or “smokin’ ...weed”. Apparently that goes on there. Along with the smell- just don’t rent. Outdated old appliances.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Fine on paper, Bad in reality
April 22, 2018The owners of the property don't give a single crap about anyone who lives there. The apartment managers are fine. But they have to carry out the property owners bullshit. There once was a nice apartment community garden, but the owner decided to cut that out without any sort of compensation. All back porches must look exactly alike, and there is a long list of rules that really make it hard to be creative with your own space. Rent goes up 10% every year, even though when I had first moved in I ...was told the owner wanted to keep rent low. But in the few years that I have spent there, it seems as though the owner has changed their mind about that. Yes we can put in work orders and maintenance requests, but many of the apartments are not climate sealed, and the 2nd floor porch wood structures are rotting and moldy. Throughout my years of living there, nails and screws would constantly work their way out of the wood above my patio, with the upper patio constantly dipping further and further. Laundry is now $1.75 per wash, and $1.75 per dry. This was raised from the $1 each. Now people have to pay $1.75 for the slight possibility of their clothes miraculously getting dried on the first run of the machine. All in all, while this apartment complex used to be a nice place to live and costs were reasonable, it is now just a place where profit is the only thing that matters and it's residents are left by the wayside.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
