January 24, 2025I have lived here for 3 1/2 months and love my apartment. I can't wait until it warms up so I can work on my patio. My cats love the morning sun through the patio door. January 2, 2025It’s 50/50. Maintenance took about a month with my request. All the outlets and any screws are all painted over. Staff seems friendly. They don’t pick up the phone it’s just an automated system.Property Manager Responded

January 1, 2025Overall a good place. Maintenance does as good as they can but are usually understaffed. A lot of dumpster divers around. In my opinion the place could benefit from assigned parking. Too many people have too many vehicles. I personally have never had a problem with office staff. They’ve been good to me.Property Manager Responded

January 1, 2025New resident all my service orders about the new apartment has yet to be addressed or fixed I’ve been a resident for a few weeks so far some major issue but not emergency still should have been addressed before moving a resident inProperty Manager Responded
