January 12, 2025My move in went very smoothly and so far everything has been amazing! My only complaint is that the elevator next to the parking spots 300-315 doesn’t go up to floor 3. It’s just a little inconvenient since I live on the third floor. Other than that, the apartment is very nice and clean, the people are so welcoming, the amenities are awesome, and the location of the building is incredible as a UGA student.Property Manager Responded

Live at Georgia Heights!
January 31, 2024We looked at several downtown locations for our daughter. Georgia Heights offered the best location. The building security was appealing. It was clear that they consider this a priority which is important when living downtown. The building is very clean. Staff addresses concerns immediately. Everyone is friendly and helpful.
