Responsive management
March 29, 2024I had a few questions when we first moved in and the manager really helped solve everything. We like the area and wanted to stay close to family and staying here allows us to do that. They stay on top of the grounds which is nice cause we have a small dog!Property Manager Responded

don't be miss lead!!
March 23, 2023Worst rental I've ever had!!! Lived there here 3 years, the first week I had a damaged door they said would take care of it, when they had a new one available. I waited 3 months to file a service request officially, thinking they might of forgot. 4 service request later, I'm getting ready to move and the door frame has a huge hole in it. The gun fire is a real thing, you will hear it at least once a week. You will likely witness a fight nightly and the cops will be onsite a couple times a ...week. The tweakers will break in to your mail box, the management is in no particular hurry to fix it. There are pigeons and pigeon excrement all over the steps leading to the apartments. The pigeons live in the the ceilings of the staircases. Management doesn't care, they might sweep up before taking pictures. The pictures on the website don't match the apartments. They didn't let me view the apartment until my move in date. I was told this was because of covid. But, I later found out this is an often used tactic. Cars are broken into nightly. The phone for the apartment usually doesn't accept messages. I have only ever got a hold of the management 2 times since moving here, I have tried many time to reach them but to no avail. They have an online portal but I'm sill waiting for one thing to be answered. I see they responded to a previous review. I doubt they will even answer the email. The garages are not usable, most have the doors torn off of them and the wall tore out. On the plus side the apartment does have a fireplace. But, the damper is broken.Property Manager Responded

LOVE the new management!
February 22, 2021We moved to this complex soon after it was under new management. Since August 2020 there have been so many changes to the property and you can tell the workers are doing the MOST they can to make this place as amazing as possible. Stephanie is freaking amazing, and any time we’ve had any questions, concerns or minor issues, she has been right on top of it to make sure everything is taken care of right away - even small things like picking up an important package off my doorstep if I’m at work. ...Thanks for all you do!Property Manager Responded

Great Apartment
February 22, 2021This apartment is a great place to rent. There are lots of options for floor plans and the location is awesome! There are multiple restaurants, gyms, grocery stores, hospitals and shopping center in the area. The maintenance workers are always so quick to come fix the request and Stephanie in the office goes above and beyond to please the tenants. awesome home for my family
February 21, 2021my family I and have lived here for a longer time now and we see many staff in office come and go April and Stefani are the best that have been here by far and they are really trying to make life good. Ron is always helping out he will come in and fix anything you need they are always very friendly. so much improvements have been made in the past several years because of they trying so hard to make life better. bad reviews are old, things are so good here now my family anmd I are very happy will ...stay long time here at gogo.Property Manager Responded

SSOOOOO many improvements!!!
September 29, 2020The new management has been AMAZING!!! They are doing so much to improve the property and make this a great place to call home. They've refinished the parking lot which was absolutely awful before but now it's perfect. The floors inside are all new, they are awesome and I think every new unit has that. April is super friendly and is very fair and honest. I know with the parking lots getting resurfaced a bunch of people got towed but honestly if they're complaining they just didn't read the very ...clear notices that were posted. She made it super obvious. Shane is also great and is always quick to get on work orders. I never have to wait for stuff to be done!! Awesome management!!Property Manager Responded

Horrible Apartments.
August 14, 2020Worst apartment complex I’ve seen. Unless you like off roading, the parking lot is HORRIBLE. You can’t use the garages and they look totally trashy, I’m surprised homeless people don’t live in them. There is zero parking for guests so if you have literally one friend who wants to hang out and doesn’t want their car towed they have to park in the middle of nowhere and risk getting their car broken into. The dishwasher isn’t even screwed in so every time you open it, it falls out of the wall ...basically and you have to hold it up. All in all I would give zero stars if I could. Super trashy complex which they seem to have zero intentions of cleaning up or maintaining.Property Manager Responded

Enjoyable Stay
August 24, 2020Me and my family had very few issues while staying at Gogo Heights. Maintenance and the front office did the best job they could surrounding all of the difficulties of COVID. My deck was recently washed and painted which was awesome. The parking lot was recently fixed up and with the buildings being power washed and the landscape work that’s been done, I think this place is heading in the right direction.Property Manager Responded

New Management and Exterior improvements
August 24, 2020I moved in a few months back and haven’t had any issues. The apartments have been newly renovated and function well. As of recently they have been improving the exterior issues which is a major step in the right direction. They have filled all of the potholes and redone the parking lot, power washed many of the decks and buildings, and have just recently started improving the landscaping. The leasing office is open most of the time and are happy to answer when you knock. As far as location, it is ...near many restaurants, a few golf courses and only 10 minutes out of downtown. If you are more of the outdoor type there is quite a few hikes and the river nearby. In addition, the commute to the airport isn’t bad at all, roughly 25-30 minutes.Property Manager Responded

not good!
August 4, 2020Since we’ve lived here we’ve had a mouse and roach issues and no one helps they send exterminators with out notice as well as the maintenance guys have just walked in to our apartment. The parking is not good at all! You have to park in the back and I’ve had my 2 cars broken in to and they do nothing at all! After they were broken into they said to park in the front and when I did they towed my car and wouldn’t tell me where they took it for 4 days. Honestly you can find somewhere better these ...apartments are NOT worth it!!!Property Manager Responded
