Almost a Decade and They Failed
December 30, 2024Not only is it unsafe with people drinking and smoking weed in the parking lots, but I lived here for almost 10 years, and had mold, roof leaks, drunk workers, constant heating/cooling issues, a head of maintenance that is now a felon for messing with little kids, and then, 5th new management company backed out of an already signed covid agreement with the government because they didn't sign it - kicked out little kids into the street after almost 10 years. Caught in multiple lies by ourselves ...and the gov't worker in writing and recordings. Sound through bedroom wall from neighbors hit over 90 dcbls every night. Enough to give headaches to children and leaving them in tears. Nasty place, their pest control does nothing and we were overrun with bugs and mice. I did my own pest control after, so I was able to not have the same bug problems as my neighbors. Truly a nightmare to deal with with the worst electrical I've ever seen. 1/2 our outlets didn't work and sparked/caught fire. Had to keep tape over the outlets. Couldn't use the sink disposal unless I kept the fusebox flipped for the dishwasher which made the dishwasher unusable for 2 years. Maintenance would always get the dishwasher to start running again, and then leave.....leaving it to flip the breaker again and hear the electricity sizzling and popping through the walls. Truly scary. Rent raised yearly. Health has improved vastly since we left.Property Manager Responded

September 18, 2022I relocated from out of state to Grand Arbor and I was relieved to see that the community was just as nice as depicted online. The property manager is so friendly and actually cares about the tenants here. Maintenance is helpful if needed. Don't live here!
August 2, 2022If I could give this place no stars I would! I had to edit this due to character limitations. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This place is not worth the money they charge. We lived here for about 4 years and miserable experience after miserable experience! The onsite laundry facilities are a joke.The trash builds up so high the animals just scatter it all over the place. The office staff are lackluster and seemed more annoyed about contact then willing to help. If it was not for the pandemic we would have ...left this place a lot sooner. January 10, 2022I wish I could give them 0 stars. The property is beyond disgusting, from the property grounds to the walkway of the building to the apartments themselves. Lets not even get started and the bug problem that they claim they never had before(lies) Corporate office is very aware but don't care. Going up on the price is an insult.Property Manager Responded

Be cautious
June 2, 2020It’s an option if you need a place that’ll allow pets, however I feel there are much better options. The buildings are infested with roaches, no matter how much you clean, they will come back. During my lease, I had multiple maintenance requests that went unfulfilled. Staff is not very professional and are very difficult to reach. Maintenance are the most useless I’ve ever seen, they’re pretty much paid to do nothing. Priority is given to tenants who stay in the front of the complex and they ...completely ignore the people who stay in the back. I regret becoming a tenant here and I’m relieved my lease is over. They only care about money, they don’t care about your well being. They’ll harass you the moment you owe any type of balance , no matter how minuscule it is, and then will completely blow you off regarding any issues regarding the apartment. Mold infested apts
January 27, 2019Long story short...I moved there in Aug 2018, had 2 leaks in Sept. There maintence sucks so mold grew and spread. They finally came to remove molded cabinents Oct 31, 2018. But mold had spreaded to other areas. They never came to remove mold in ventilation ducts. I moved out Jan 10...the apt still jas moldProperty Manager Responded
