September 21, 2019Management is never here, doesn't answer phones or respond to email. They are charging way over the average price per square foot (it's 0.92 and they want 1.2-1.4). Should have heeded the other review as the place is CRAWLING with black mold. Floors are soft and cave in. The way the building is designed, the attic and underneath the complex is connected to the house so you it's impossible to keep cool, it's extremely humid and spiders. mice and rats get into the apartment. They blame ...structural issues on you and keep your deposit. There are no amenities, no dishwasher, and barely enough space to survive. KEEP LOOKING. September 25, 2017Black mold in every apartment, drug users live in most of the units, i took pictures of tenants smoking meth beside the dumpsters that were next to my apartment and showed them to Caline the manager but she never dis anything about it. Pet deposit is $500 non-refundable. This is the worst apartments I have ever lived in and want to inform everyone before they decide to move there. My dog and I got really sick from all the black mold.Review from Apartments.com
