February 18, 2025Loving it here. I had a problem where the upstairs neighbors would let their dogs pee on the balcony and the urine falling down to our balcony. I took it up with the front office and they immediately resolved the problem.Property Manager Responded

February 12, 2025I have had a very pleasant experience with grand at the dominion. The neighborhood is gorgeous and the maintenance crew works hard to keep out community running, quick response times and I always see them working on something which feels nice because I have had bad experiences with previous communities. February 10, 2025I appreciate the all the stores, restaurants in the area and the fact that is 2 minutes from the highway is a major plus. The staff has been coming up with creative ways to engage the residence. Christmas wrapping, breakfast gathering, food truck, etc...Property Manager Responded

February 10, 2025I’d give it five stars but parking isn’t great. That is one of the biggest issues here. They also need to add more light fixtures around the apartment complex as it’s very dark.Property Manager Responded
