ABSOLUTELY WORSE
May 16, 2020We have been living here for 3 years. The previous management was pretty good about addressing management request. AION management came in 2019. Since then, they have increased rent by 200 dollars. There is garbage on the grounds outside. They don't clean it often. Regarding maintenance requests, I have submitted complaints for at least three to four times to fix the air-conditioner. We have a 5 month old baby and with heat its very difficult for us to manage without air conditioner. There ...is gas leak from the AC unit and every time we submit a complaint, some one would come and refill the unit without addressing the underlying gas leak issue ( which is potentially dangerous for our health as well). Stoves were not working and same thing happened. They would come, try to fix it, it would work for a few days and will stop working again. And the cycle continues. They will not install a new stove despite repeated requests. Stove fan filter was not working. I submitted a complain, Initially I was told to "wash" the filter instead of replacing it. Finally they installed a loose fitting filter. I had to buy my own filters to install as we have a baby and cannot afford smoke in our house. This new management is absolutely worse when it comes to addressing management issues. So, if anyone is looking to move in please think thousand times before making this HUGE mistake or talk to someone who is living here already. Thank youProperty Manager Responded

New Management Company just wants your $$$$$$$$
May 21, 2019The new management company is awful. The office ladies are rude,sarcastic and very condescending. I'm sure they are pleasant until you sign the lease. Dont be fooled. They drastically raised all our rents and now charged us to use the pool that was always a free Amenity. When we moved here we were looking for a place with a pool for the kids and now we have to pay to use it in addition to the rent hikes. We wont be renewing next lease. I always say hello to the maintenance walking around the ...property they dont even respond with a hello. They walk around looking mad at the world. We have lived here many happy years it's sad to see this happening to our home.Property Manager Responded

August 31, 2018I am very unhappy with how we have been treated. We moved in July of 2017. We were told in August of 2017 that we had a late fee, which we promptly paid. Yesterday, I received a message from the office that the late fee was unpaid A YEAR LATER!!!! This was the first I had ever heard of it since we DID pay it! When I went into the office, the lady that I spoke to was very rude, trying to pin it on us. She said she had been calling us once a month (untrue) and sending us letters (also untrue). I ...received no notification whatsoever throughout the whole year and I check my mail and voicemail regularly. I asked why then, was no notice left on our door in an envelope as has been done in the past with notices. I got no answer to that. Because I could not prove that I had paid something over a year ago, I had to pay it AGAIN! We are very unhappy with the company and the rude, overworked office staff.
