Since the renovation 2 years ago the apartments look alot better. One problem is that we only have 2 maintenance workers. So if you need something fixed you may have to wait almost a week. Another problem is the gun violence in the surrounding area. Other than that it's an ok place to live for people who don't have alot of money for rent/mortgage.
