February 12, 2025If you wanna live in an overpriced, structure that is hanging together by glue and ridiculousness, this is amazing your luxury apartments that have not an ounce of luxury, where the water is constantly being turned off building by building… cause the water pipes just break and burst, and the washer and dryer have been here since the 80s and it’s probably better to hand wash and air dry your laundryReview from Apartments.com

September 29, 2023I'd like to start off by saying everyone. As far as maintenance to management is kind and courteous and respectful, The way they keep up the grounds. The grass is always nice, the trees are trimmed. No trash on the ground. It's a very beautiful place to live. Neighbors are nice, quiet, no rif-raf walking through. All around 10 on a scale of 1-10 and I would recommend Greenwood Point apartment homes to anybody who's looking.Property Manager Responded
