December 24, 2024I have been living in this apartment building for over 4 years, and I absolutely love it here! The location is unbeatable — right next to the Hudson River, offering beautiful views of Manhattan and easy access to the city but bus in only 20 minutes. The amenities are fantastic as well. There’s everything you could need, from a well-maintained gym to a welcoming common area, pool and grills, making it a great place to unwind and socialize. The building itself is modern, clean, and very ...well-managed, which makes living here a true pleasure. I also can’t get enough of my 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. It’s incredibly spacious, offering more than enough room for relaxation, and hosting friends. The layout is perfect, and I love how much natural light pours in through the large windows. Overall, this building offers the perfect blend of location, comfort, and quality. I’ve been here for years and still feel like it's the ideal place for me. October 6, 2024Overall, a nice experience. Very professional staff. The cleaning staff are on top of their game as well. Hallways and other pub;ic spaces are always clean. Con: I miss having more community building events when we can watch movies, sports games, art lessons, and many more and get to know each other more. Also we used to have a printer and copier machine but now it's gone. It used to be very handy sometimes for me.Property Manager Responded
