Spacious Brooklyn Apt. in up and Coming Neighborhood
September 30, 2015This building is amazing as a spacious Brooklyn residence in an up and coming neighborhood (Ditmas Park). We were the first individuals to upgrade our apartment demonstrating to the land lord how amazing this place can be and since that date he has renovated almost all 100 apartments to have new bathrooms, kitchens, wooden floors and more. I was really surprised what an impact our apartment made to others in the building, and how it is changing the neighborhood. There has also been more ...families moving in from Park Slope and Dumbo because of the restaurants, proximity to the subway, and parking. The best part is the terraces and view as we sit nestled in a large sycamore tree!
