January 23, 2025It’s a place to live with some nice amenities. The apartment itself is somewhere to live. It has so many little to bigger issues right off of the bat. The shower doesn’t drain, the toilet has gotten clogged, and it’s only the second day. The shower faucet isn’t caulked in correctly. They put vinyl WOOD flooring in the bathroom, that’s insane. That’s just a mold problem waiting to happen. Each door knob has a ding. I’ve had to document every little issue so I’m not charged at the end for stuff ...that should have been handled beforehand. They make you go through all these background checks which is awesome, I did appreciate that.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

December 8, 2024I really enjoy living here; it has a great location in the city, I have a beautiful view of the lake, and the maintenance staff is always very helpful. As long as I’m in this area, I plan to keep living here. What I think could improve is adding bench press bars to the gym and taking more care with pest control.Property Manager Responded
