Caring management and wonderful location
September 18, 2024I’ve lived here for 5 years now and have loved it. The management is great to work with and has always been attentive and caring. The 3 bedroom has been perfect for our family and is a 5-10 minute drive to great restaurants and walking distance to great breweries. The dog parks and open spaces in the community have been a huge benefit for socializing and city living with pets. The maintenance and management staff are a big reason for the 5 stars. I have appreciated my time with Hawthorne
September 18, 2024I have lived here over the last 5 years and i've been really grateful for the management team i've had the pleasure of working with. The 3 Bedroom apartment has been the perfect size, & i've loved the amenities over the years. The pool house / club house has hosted several of our "Friendsgivings" and the dog park has been such a special place for our little Roger to grow up and meet new friends. They are very dog friendly, and even provide an outdoor bathing space for the doggos too. This is a ...great place to live if you have kids, pets, or just on your own with all the perks you'll need. Charges!
July 2, 2024I moved out on time and couldn't stay for the walk-through due to moving out of state. Left my unit without damages and clean. They took my 800 dollar deposit and charged me extra on top of it to cover "cleaning and painting." I have always received my full deposit. Don't move here! June 11, 2024We've lived here for almost three years, and although ANY place will have its ups and downs, we've had an overall great experience with the property. The maintenance team does a great job, the leasing office is always doing everything they can to make sure the property looks great and stays beautiful. It's a safe, gated neighborhood, dog friendly, and has a lot to offer. Sometimes they do special events as well like a food truck, sound baths in the clubhouse, and special holiday things as well. ...We will be a little sad to go when we end up purchasing a house! They treat us very kindly and are always friendly to my boyfriend and I (and our son). Even when an issue does arise, they do what they can to make it right and fix it. The only downside is other residents are not very respectful of community guidelines sometimes (too many people at the pool, kids with no supervision, etc). That is a resident issue, not a leasing office issue. We've also enjoyed the community garden every summer, dog wash, parks, etc. It's really a pretty peaceful place!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Avoid this place
November 6, 2023This place is the worst apartment complex I’ve ever rented from. Management will walk into your apartment without any warning, the management is aggressive and unwilling to help. We cleaned out apartment with 4 people helping, wiped down all the ways, filled all nail holes, deep cleaned the carpets, vacuumed the carpets, steamed and swept the floors. We literally did everything but paint the apartment and still left with an $800 bill past our security deposit. This place is a racket, they will ...charge you for everything and anything they can. If I could give them a 0 star I would. Don’t rent here unless you love hidden fees.Property Manager Responded
