Amazing Apartment
December 14, 2022I have never lived in an apartment before but when I walked in a knew I had found a found where I wanted to be from the staff to the neighbors to the grounds. The grounds have incorporated nature into complex and everyone is so friendly and if you have pets, you have found your haven. The apartments are quiet inside and so welcoming. You walk in and the kitchens are big with storage and the bedrooms are nice, also. You are close to everything without feeling like you are, you are less than a mile ...to eating and shopping but never hear traffic. My dog and I walk to the dock and lake several times a day and greet everyone it is living at its finest!Property Manager Responded

The Best Apartment Complex!

Love this place...
December 9, 2022Convenient to Hwy 280, but I only have to get on 280 when I want. Shopping, restaurants, I65, gas, gyms, etc are all accessible without getting on 280. The staff is great to work with. They are always doing something( they bought pizzas!) To show their appreciation of us. Great place
December 9, 2022After living in another complex in the area, I decided to roll the dice and rent here. Having a gated entry is nice. The neighbors are not sketchy. Friendly Staff
December 9, 2022We absolutely LOVE IT here at Hawthorne at Lake Heather. They go above and beyond to make you feel special!!! We received a goodie bag upon moving in. Also we were given a hand written card welcoming us to the community. The office staff Michelle, Margaret & Caleb are always organizing events such as movie nights, special things for Mother and Father’s Day activities etc. Their communication with the residents is top notch!! The maintenance staff is awesome!!! Richard, David & Tucker work hard ...and when we put request in, they are completed in a timely manner. Other than needing to wait for certain supplies to be shipped ( because sometimes things nowadays are on back order) they are super fast at responding to our requests. The entire staff is very friendly and the residents are as well. If you’re looking for a place to stay, look no further!!Property Manager Responded

Worst place ever
November 8, 2022This place would get zero stars if that were an option. The management doesn’t give two craps about their tenants. Our air never really worked during the summer. You’d have to crank the air all the way down to 65 if you wanted to sleep comfortably. They tried to tell me that the vents needed to face the ceiling to keep the apartment cool which is complete bull crap. One side of the apartment always stays hotter than the other side. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything, even people ...below you. Don’t think about leaving your door or windows open in the fall unless you want the smell of weed coming in your apartment. You pay for the trash to run Sunday- Thursday but don’t hold your breathe. Half the time they don’t come and even if you volunteer to bring your own trash to the dumpster they say you still have to pay. The toilet is always getting backed up and there is NO parking spots. Management is horrible as well. They refuses to work with their tenants. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!!!Property Manager Responded
