Peace of mind
February 5, 2019I’ve lived here for 4yrs since 2015 and like someone commented in their review- it’s a perfect hidden gem. I lived in Towson before moving here and the apt I lived in was mice infested, weed smelling in the hallway, mold in the bathroom walls and basically falling apart. So to come here and have none of that is total peace of mind and a sigh of relief. The maintenance is excellent- call and within 24hrs they are there to help; the environment is clean and peaceful. My siblings and friends come ...around and park their cars without any issue- plenty of parking space. Trash is taken out promptly, they clean the hallways during the week, no foul smell in the hallways (Thank God- I almost died of suffocation in my previous apt). It’s an exceptional place to live in Baltimore. I love the fun activities they hold for residents and the pool is very well maintained. One thing I’ll say though is that it is slightly higher in price than surrounding apartments but I’m guessing the quality speaks for itself compared to the cheaper apartments around. I definitely love living here and totally enjoying my peace of mind :-)Property Manager Responded

Unprofessional
March 24, 2018My husband and i went apartment hunting and I made an appointment with one of the staff members on the property (James). After setting the appointment, later in the week we cane to see the property as scheduled. Due to windy day we didn’t notice until we arrived the sign on the door had came off saying that they would be back at 3:15 but our appointment was for 3:00pm. Upon heading back to the car a member of the maintenance team finally came out to tell us that they were not aware of us having ...an appointment and that James wasn’t there. After asking could someone else show us and we weren’t given any response they told us that once James arrived we would give you a call and no one ever called us back that day nor did anyone extend an apology for wasting our time! This sent up a red flag that we probably wouldn’t have a great stay at KenilworthProperty Manager Responded

September 28, 2015I have been a resident of this apartment complex for almost 4 years and this apartment complex is awesome. Management and staff are great and pleasant. Maintenance is prompt and courteous. They also get the job done. If you have a problem in your apartment, it is taken care of within the 24 hours that you reported it. The community is pleasant and quiet. The grounds and landscaping are kept up very well. Management works with you if you run into problems. They even host events for the residents ...throughout the year and keep us posted on what is going on throughout the year. For the most part, the complex feels pretty safe and secure. Perfect Hidden Gem
August 14, 2015At the end of the Cedonia bus line lies a beautiful apartment community. The buildings are nice and secured. The common areas are maintained on a weekly basis. A diverse community of all ages with a wealth of nice children playing and going to school around here. There's also a community pool across the street and the apartment is a very short walk from the main bus line. I love living here!Review from Apartments.com
The apt I settled for ... Better yet tolorate
August 12, 2015My apartment is spacious but over priced and undermantenenced (if that's a word ) I have a one bedroom apt with a wildly mediocre kitchen with old cabinets. A electric stove that half way works , holes in my wall for God knows what reason . I don't have an outlet in my bathroom . My bedroom door does not have a lock on it . It took them 2 years to shampoo my apt when they're supposed to do it every year. The maintenance men are perverts. Dogs are not allowed only cats . My ac works best in the ...living room and not my own room. I Don't have a living room closet . When it snows in the winter time the plow the snow against your cars for you to shovel it out . They barely clean up the inside of the apt building . They are always short staffed so maintenance calls are answered sometimes or not at all. The other apt and tow home complexes around me are 500 bucks to rent , while my apt rent 770 . Something's not right about that.
