Nice, unique property, manager was two-faced and deceptive
July 1, 2024I attempted to rent a 2 bedroom here that was available online 6-24 as I move from Texas. The female manager seemed nice enough on the phone, but actually Iied to me and rented a 2 bedroom behind my back. She claimed it was suddenly unavailable and then tried to push me into a 1 bedroom FLAT that was NOT listed online; only a 1 bedroom LOFT. Crickets when I asked her to send the floor plan. I even created an online account so I could lease it. Imagine my surprise when a 2 bedroom suddenly ...becomes available online 6-29, and I call left vm, send online inquiry and TRY to login into my account, only to find my email was deactivated. Crickets. No phone call back, no response to inquiry asking to lease the now available 2 bedroom. The property manager clearly do not want to lease to great credit and income, nice responsible quiet college professors unless its a unit SHE wants you to have. 1 star given for great location of the property. 1 star given for the great units. No more stars given due to how the manager behaved.Property Manager Responded

Absolutely terrible
December 17, 2020Absolutely terrible. Very poorly managed, apartments are out. The entire structure of the apartments need to be taken down and repaired. The company itself flex morality and transparency along with Integrity.Property Manager Responded

This place sucks
December 4, 2020My GF moved in around fall. Everything in the apartment seems jerry rigged. Constant plumbing issues such as flooding and water backups. Right next to the train tracks which is most definitely going to ruin your sleep daily. There is nothing good about these apartments.Property Manager Responded

Great Place to Live!
August 24, 2019Recently moved in and the process from start to finish was seamless and I attribute it to the amazing onsite office staff. I relocated to Louisville because of work and had a lot of anxiety concerning the move. The office staff worked very hard to ensure my apartment was top notch come move in day. It was the first time I have ever moved anywhere and there weren’t a lot of issues on move-in day! I recommend this community not only because it is nice, clean, and quiet, but because the staff takes ...pride in their job and community. Excellent place to call home. I love my townhome!
August 19, 2019This is by far the best community I have ever lived at and let me tell you I have lived in many different places. I have been here for a year and will most definitely be renewing for another year at the end of the month. The office staff and maintenance man are on top of everything. When I moved in, everything was in excellent condition and the few requests I have put in have been fixed in the same week. I don’t know why people have left bad reviews but speaking from my personal opinion I have ...referred several of my friends and family and none of them regret the decision to move in fact they are super happy with their new townhome!Property Manager Responded

Expectations Exceeded!!!
August 1, 2019I have been renting since leaving my parents house for college almost 5 years ago, I have lived in various different complexes and even houses converted into apartments. Heatherstone ,and Kayla the property manager especially, have been the best BY FAR in my 5 years of renting experience. My home is clean and the perfect size, I have ultimate privacy, and it’s ALWAYS QUIET. The community is full of friendly people and never feels unsafe in anyway!! Kayla is not only extremely accessible and ...always helpful but she really cares! She will do everything in her power to fix any issues you may have, and she does it fast! I’ve only needed 2 things fixed in my home and they were repaired right away! Great place to live
September 18, 2018Moved here about a year ago. After a terrible first time experience with a previous apartment complex, Heatherstone management certainly reinstalled my faith in renting again. Everything that I’ve needed fixed, has been fixed in a timely manner. Management is very easy to get ahold of. Even after hours which is very rare. Safe environment for myself and my daughter.
