No on-site management
May 28, 2024If you move here you'd better pray you have no problems. Only "management" are two leasing agents who work 9 to 5 and couldn't care less about the residents. They are party planners only. My apartment is terribly unhealthy with heavy cigarette, cigar and vaping from a neighbor. All the agents do is scold offenders, who then smoke more to bully me. Agents treat me like I am the problem, not the offenders. JUST DON'T MOVE HERE!Property Manager Responded

Not Affordable Poor Management
March 14, 2024They start with a base rent and you have to rent things that should be included. W/D 30.00, pet fee 35.00, garage 100.00, storage 30.00. Making it unaffordable. They make up the rules as they go. The latest being No fences on the patio making them unsafe for pets. No screens on patio doors so we can't leave the door open for fresh air because the bugs come in. Building is only 2 years old and we've had 2 water main breaks displacing residents. Housekeeping doesn't exist, many community areas are ...filthy.Property Manager Responded

Applying is a mess
May 23, 2022They will keep your $300 deposit, if you withdraw due to not risking losing your current housing lease. I complied with all request day 1 and did not want to be homeless after a 3 week wait, and they still kept my money. Quite unfair when you promote helping lower income.Property Manager Responded

Wasted of time applying
March 31, 2022submitted an application for a 1br 1ba and that was about $30, got called come back to submit physical copies of my pay stubs. drove an hour there then I got hit with a "you have to be +55 years old to rent here. now where did it say senior housing or was mentioned during the application or the call back.
