January 1, 2025I had an excellent experience living at Hickory for a year. The facilities were good – from the well-maintained amenities like the fitness center and pool to the clean and secure common areas. The management team went above and beyond to ensure residents were comfortable, and any maintenance requests were handled promptly and professionally. December 30, 2024I’ve filed (2) maintenance requests in December for the same persisting issue and have not received any information from the management or maintenance team notifying me of their plan to resolve. I’ve called the office numerous times to discuss the issue since I’ve received no response in the portal, and have been unable to reach a person.
