December 27, 2024There are zero amenities (not even a community garden which would cost the property next to nothing to implement). Maintenance is shoddy and frequently requires call backs to complete a repair properly. On top of the fact that you already don't get your money's worth, the property management is increasing rent each year at rates not in alignment with the market.Property Manager Responded

September 12, 2024There are no amenities, people leave garbage piled up on by their front doors, the access to interstates for commutes is extremely poor, and the year over year rent hikes are ridiculous even when other properties are keeping rent steady.
