Being one of the first residents in this brand-new construction, I've witnessed the meticulous care put into every detail of the property. Nicole, the property manager, along with her assistant Shawn, made our move-in process seamless and stress-free, always going above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Over my nine months here, I've come to appreciate not only the prime location, just ...a short 5-minute drive to Main Street Weaverville, but also the serene and immaculately maintained community. February 23, 2024Wow, this place is so much better than expected. Brand new construction, great community, super clean. There are food trucks here several times each month and regularly scheduled social events. Quiet, safe neighborhood with easy access to downtown and right next to Weaverville.
