January 27, 2022The new manager is unprofessional and doesn't care about that live at the property. There is no where to park already and they designate parking spaces for a fee. This apartments are filled with roaches and mice. Residents leave there trash in the hallway. They clean the hallways when they feel like it. They do not care about the property or the residents on the property. I am currently a tenant at this property. DO NOT RENT HERE.Review from Apartments.com
Affordable and Good Service
February 22, 2018I love my new apartment, my neighbors are friendly and I welcome the diverse mix on the Property (I want my kids to love culture diversity) Parking could be better but the Manager was upfront with me about the parking situation when I first applied and I so appreciate that, there is nothing worst than being lied to and so far she does what she says. In all I look forward living here until I save to buy a house.Review from Apartments.com

Really good apartment
April 5, 2016Found this area to be great. New to pg county and love city of Bladensburg. I cannot agree with the previous person, I have been in my apartment for 6 months, I did see some mice at the begining but after Management sealed holes and sent exterminator (very quickly after my report) I havent had any issues. Buildings are clean, office staff is very friendly. Kids playing outside can get noisy but nothing too bad. Gave 4 stars because it doesnt have central air.Review from Apartments.com
INFESTED WITH MICE!!!!!!!! DO NOT RENT!!
March 29, 2016SO I WAS CONSIDERING MOVING TO THESE APARTMENT DUE TO CHEAP PRICING BUT WHEN I WENT TO GO VISIT MY FRIEND AND CAME ACROSS NOT ONLY ONE MICE BUT NUMEROUS OF THEM! THEY WERE ALL OVER THE PLACE. I FELT SO BAD BECAUSE I KNOW MY FRIEND WAS SO EMBARRASSED, NO ONE SHOULD EVER FEEL THAT WAY ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THE SITUATION. THERE IS FECES EVERYWHERE AND ROACHES PILING UP. MY FRIEND'S APARTMENT IS VERY CLEAN AND TIDY, SO ONE CAN NOT SAY HER LIFESTYLE IS TO BLAME FOR THIS INFESTATION ...OF RODENTS AND ROACHES. A MOUSE INFESTATION IS DANGEROUS TO YOUR HEALTH!! MICE ARE CARRIERS OF BACTERIA, DISEASES, PARASITES, AND VIRUSES. THEY LEAVE PATCHES OF URINE AND DROPPINGS IN THE MOST COMMON PLACES SUCH AS KITCHEN COUNTERS, KITCHEN STOVES, UNDER THE FRIDGE, KITCHEN CABINETS, ETC. THE KITCHEN SHOULD BE THE MOST CLEANEST PLACE IN A HOME SINCE FOOD IS PREPARED THERE AND THE FACT THAT THIS IS HAPPENING IS SO DEVASTATING. WHEN I ASKED MY FRIEND WHAT IS THE APARTMENT MANAGEMENT DOING ABOUT MOUSE INFESTATION, SHE RESPONDED THAT THERE HAS BEEN NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS ABOUT RODENTS AND MANAGEMENT IS BEING NONCHALANT ABOUT THE MOUSE INFESTATION AT THE HILLCREST VILLAGE APARTMENTS. IT IS ALSO A RISK FACTOR THAT CAN CAUSE FIRES DUE TO MICE BEING KNOWN FOR CHEWING WIRES. IF THE HALL WAYS AND APARTMENTS ARE FILLED WITH MICE CAN YOU IMAGINE HOW INFESTED ARE THE BUILDINGS?!!! HORRIFYING EXPERIENCE!!!!! IN ALL I KNOW FOLKS ARE LOOKING FOR AN AFFORDABLE PLACE TO LIVE BUT THIS IS NOT WORTH THE HEALTH RISKS AND DANGER YOU WILL PUT YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY IN AND THE FACT THAT THE MANAGEMENT OF THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX IS NOT DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT MAKES IT SO MUCH WORSE!!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
