Worst place I've ever lived
June 19, 2018This is by far the worse place I've ever lived in. Management would ignore multiple issues brought to their attention. Was impossible to get any response from maintenance after hours. For example, had windows that turned into a waterfall during a complete downpour. It was on a Friday night and tried to get maintenance due to the issue and having small children and it just puddling in the wall. His response was it can wait till Monday. Nothing was ever done and when brought to management they ...said they were unaware and would get it fixed. It wasn't until almost a month later after mold had formed in the walls it was sealed up. They did nothing about the mold. Tenants would rummage thru the dumpsters and would even try to break into the laundry room to steal from others. Management was well aware of all issues because they had nicknames for the "problem" tenants. There were complete floors full of drug users. Even found dirty needles and told management immediately and it was left there for two or three days until another tenant picked it up and disposed of it. DO NOT LIVE HERE
March 1, 2018Dirty and small. We had roaches that took management way too long to take care of. Will shake you for every nickel and dime you are worth. Will screw you our of your security deposit. Poor management overall.Property Manager Responded
March 21, 2018I’m sorry you feel this way about our community. We tried to take care of the issue as soon as possible and at the same time following the procedures and instructions provided by the pest control company. There are a few instances where security deposits aren't returned when you move out. Typically, these instances involve repairs of damages, final utility bills or rent that went unpaid. We provide the reasons in writing when you moved out. We have discussed the charges with you and i hope we were able to explain to you the final charges. We hope that after going over your disposition and the issues mentioned above has change the way you see our property and hope to hear a more positive review in the near future. Worst apartment I've lived in
October 18, 2017(There is new management since I moved so things could have changed) But- got charged big time when we moved out for a bunch of unnecessary fees when we left the apartment looking exactly as when we got it. The neighbors trashed the lawn, cigarette butts everywhere and there was broken glass from a shattered window for months that didn't get taken care of. Laundry constantly didn't work- found a bag of poop in one of the washers. Sketchy neighbors- never felt safe coming home late at night ...and cops were constantly having to patrol the area. Came home one night to our dog getting stolen right out of our house while my husband was in the shower (door was closed so dog didn't get out on its own) Neighbors children drew all over my husbands car with nail polish and crayons. Location, Location, Location
August 31, 2017The location of our apartment complex is amazing! Close to several major grocery stores, dry cleaners, Walmart, and local restaurants. We really appreciate the maintenance guy who always takes care of us whenever we have an issue. We have renewed our lease already and plan to renew again!Property Manager Responded

Good for the price point
