December 27, 2021Holly Hill Condominiums is the WORSE place I have ever lived. There are mice and roaches everywhere. The entire building is literally infested. There is mold through out the house and when I said something about it, maintenance they PAINTED OVER IT! As if that was a solution to mold. Every time it rains outside, it rains in my bathroom through the vent fan. None of these issues have been properly handled, but as soon as I get Verizon Wifi maintenance shows up twice within 20 days to cut the wire, ...claiming it’s a hazard but never contacted us or Verizon themselves to get that resolved. They have lied and claimed the owner was contacted, and that absolutely never happened. DO NOT MOVE HERE.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
