October 24, 2023Termites and Black mold have not been taken care of for months. We have tried taking care of the issue through the landlord , almost every day, but they are very sneaky and avoidant. I cannot get any responses or assistance with the issue and they are doing nothing to take care of it. I have had black mold and a leaking ceiling for 4-5 months and a termite infestation for over a month now. Please run the other way if you intend on moving in here.Review from Apartments.com
