Great experience!
November 14, 2022My partner and I really enjoy the building and the location near the Path and Waterfront is fantastic. We’ve never had issues with management and it was a pretty smooth leasing process!Review from Apartments.com
HORRIBLE! DO NOT LIVE HERE!
July 28, 2021Living at Hudson Square South was a nightmare. The elevators NEVER work, the apartment is so old and poorly constructed and when something is broken and maintenance comes it takes at least 5-6 months and they charge you astronomically even though it's their responsibility. When you reach out to the property management company, they either take forever to reply or are extremely rude. And when we moved out, they charged an astronomical cleaning fee which we had already done ourselves. Applied ...Property Management is a disorganized and poorly run company that takes people's money and provides them a terrible home.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
The Perfect Spot for Young Professionals in Hoboken
October 12, 2015I've lived in this building for nearly three years and I have minimal complaints. The location is perfect--a 5 minute walk from the PATH/NJ Transit station making it quick commute into Manhattan. One block from downtown Washington Street with ample bars, restaurants, and other night life. The building itself offers great space and quality for the price. The units are large, including bedrooms with ample space. Doorman, private courtyard, in unit washer/dryer, updated kitchens are just a few of ...the notable amenities. The management company is prompt and professional, and is willing to work with current tenants to move from unit to unit within their buildings to find what they want and even inter-lease. Highly recommended.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
